My view on racism......

Here is my view on racism. First of all, say for example, Conan is getting critized for saying 'ching', or something to that effect, directing that phrase at the Chinese. My opinion is, that if you dont want to hear what anyone has to say, just dont listen to them. It is Conan's show, and he has the right to say anything racist, and should not be critized, or sued for it. Bottom line, if you dont like what someone is saying, then just dont listen to said person

I once got into a heated argument in a sociology class in college because a black guy in the class, the only minority in the class, told me I was a racist because I refused to call blacks African-Americans. He then went on to tell me that I didn't know what racism was because I was white. Which was it guy?

I think the main problem is that some people in this country have become so damn thin skinned that they take everything as an insult, racial slur, etc... Hell, you can't tell a woman her dress is pretty becuase you might get smacked with a sexual harassment lawsuit.

I'm just waiting for the comet to come rain death on us and shut up our whiny asses.

I laugh every time I get called a &quot;cracker.&quot; There for a while I was working at a clinic up on &quot;the bad side of town&quot; putting in a new router, server, etc.. and when I would go up there a few of the locals that hung around outside the clinic(it was between a combo wig shop/nail place and a QuikStop) would say things like &quot;what's a cracker like you doing up here?&quot; or &quot;You lost cracker?&quot; I finally responded one day by telling them I was looking for some fried chicken and watermelon.
