my video card=screwed up

I have a Vision Tek GTS. I just replaced the existing heat sink and fan with a blue orb and artic silver 1. Now once in a while, this happens.

Example

If I use power strip and refresh it, then it returns back to normal. I remembered that i got a little artic silver on the circuitry, but i cleaned that off.

Can someone help me get rid of the problem?

umm is that a white screen or what LOL...???

you have to press refresh. It is weird that it only happens at the minimize, restore, and close boxes.
