My vid card at work crapped out, need a cheaper 2D PCI card

It has to be PCI and the only thing I really want is to get a clear 1024x768 resolution that doesn't hurt my eyes. And something that is clear for text and 2D stuff. I don't do any CAD or Gaming at work . It's best if it is from Microwarehouse b/c we order a lot through them.

I was thinking:

PNY TNT 2 32MB PCI Video Card

or
RADEON 7000 VIDADPT 32MB-DDR PCI PC SMALL BOX

TNT2 cards "traditionally" had bloody awful 2D quality. I'd go for the Radeon.

Yeap... 'nother vote for the Radeon 7000... if you can; get a 7500 with dual vga.. not expensive either.

7000 can do dual VGA too - in fact, it was specifically designed to provide low cost dual head cards - albeit not on that one card the link points to.

The website he shows us examples do have the 7500 with 64MB DDR and Dual VGA for $75. It's 20 bucks more than the 7000 however

thanks guys - I ended up getting the 7000 for now. The order hasn't actually been entered yet so I may try to pull of a dual monitor card if I can
