My USB problem..arg 8^) cf reader freezes system on reboot...

My bh6
using one usb slot on it
running it to my adi 6p w/ usb hub.
my printer works.... but my scanner & cf reader wont. they both pick up on plug in but the cf (sandisk) reader on first reboot freezes the system. any thoughts? the sandisk cf reader has worked b 4....
