My upper-case created folder WEB-INF shows as Web-inf in explorer

I want to create a folder called WEB-INF.
I want the folder to be all in capitals.
I have created the folder in explorer.
Right click on browser/new/folder
I give it a name WEB-INF but it shows only as
"Web-inf"
I have also done this in command prompt but still when I view the folder in explorer it shows up as "Web-inf"

Why?????
How can I create the "WEB-INF" folder all in uppercase?

microsoft products are case insesitive, Web-info is the same as WEB-INFO or wEb-Info or whatever. So if care for asthetic reasons you are probably out of luck. Otherwise it makes little to no difference as far as capitolization

Windows is nice like that.

There's an option somewhere in the folder options to allow all uppercase filenames.
