yea but outside of Quebec and provinces east from there, everything is basically in english

RMC is not the best Engineering school, Psych is an insignificant program relative to Eng, Med, Law, Business.
I also have no idea where your ranking is coming from...McMaster while it ranks well in MacLeans, refused to take part in a survey of graduate students for the same magazine. Looks like there's a lot of unsatisfied students...oops!

Queen's has an excellent reputation and can be seen in many of our top executives and many awards given to Queen's alumni. Students are some of the most satisfied with the education they recieve and their environment. Fact of the matter is, "best" is subjective and that's why i stated "best or close to best" as there is no way to prove it.
