He's bringing his machine over for a cleaning. Am I going to get his junk from now on because my IP is sent out or recognized by cookies and who-knows-what?
 
Don't connect it to your network.

Create another admin account and remove admin access from his standard account if you can.
 
Download Spybot and it's update files to a USB key, then transfer them to the other system. Install Spybot, then it's update files. That will keep you from using the interwebz. Don't connect it until you have it 90% clean 😀
