I don't have one either.

What about getting a $50 audigy2 value and spending more on the speakers?

Something like an audigy2 value and Logitech z-5500s would be a much more robust option that z-640s and an X-Fi in my opinion and I think the final cost would be pretty close.

Even getting z-5300s would be a nice powerful upgrade.

i can understand that all i read a lot of bench but i like intel coz its faster! and keep in mind i don't care much about CPU being good in gaming (doesn't make any sence) but i care about GFX Card (that makes a lot of sence huh).

Those gaming benchmarks are all with the same videocard. The difference in framerates is due to the different CPUs.

While not as crucial as a videocard for gaming performance, a good CPU is definately necessary to get the most out of your videocard. A lot of gaming computation is done in the CPU. Games aren't all graphics.

What do you mean intel is "faster"? In Ghz? That pretty much means nothing.

An audigy2 value will give you the same performance as the more expensive versions as far as I know. With the more expensive cards you're paying for a firewire port, a 5.25" drive plate that you probably wont use, etc.
Unless you think you want to be able to plug something into the front of your computer that needs a special connection, I think it's pretty much a waste.

How much was the motherboard and ram you were planning on getting for your Intel setup?

I bet you could easily make up the difference getting the value components that pair well with A64.

oem doesn't come with the heatsink and fan.

On A64 you should be able to get a decent overclock using the stock retail Heatsink and fan (saving you more money).

If you're going to go on pricewatch, make sure you check resellerratings for the stores before you buy from them.

Or you can stick to the well respected stores like
Newegg
Zip Zoom Fly
Monarch
Chiefvalue
etc.

If you don't know, get an audigy2 value.

It's like USB only different (my really quick answer)
If you don't have anything that's firewire (and you probably don't), then don't bother with getting the ZS to get a firewire port.

so much money is being wasted on your CPU, motherboard, and RAM. you can spend HUNDREDS less and get BETTER performance. i just hate seeing that money go down the drain and i hope you realize it. :(

I don't know about intel, but AMD retail comes with 3 year warranty and oem is 30 days I think (at most it's 90 days, I dont' remember).

Getting a retail A64 is a nice option because the coolers are pretty quiet and do a good job of cooling the A64s that don't produce as much heat as P4s do.

I know a lot of people are having great success overclocking on their stock cooling.

That's some more money saved if you go with AMD :p
