My Uber Elite knife.

Since knives can be fun here's a pic of my automatic 4" made by American Tactical supply, this blade is awesome.
gutted my first Deer with it, Its has a real quick opening holds an edge real well, ex girlfiend stole it from me a few years ago, thought i had lost it for good till she gave it back three years later. It's the type of knife I always wanted growing up since switch blades had such a aura of badness about them

Me Blade!

As long as it's sharp, then good deal. My sister gave me a mini-katana letter-opener for Christmas. That thing is JUST AS SHARP as my full size Katana. :Q 😀 Me likes it.

You field dressed a deer with an auto? You need help.
😕

Least you didn't get a nice one all dirty n sticky and gamey... that looks like a Columbia River knife.

Just make sure it's a straight edge! I've actually had people try to return full-serrated Endura IIs and Police models because "it dun werk too good on deer or pigen."

Cold Steel's Pendleton Hunter is the best hunting knife I've come across. Fixed blade with a great handle, and the blade itself is short and made from AUS8 stainless. Makes Buck knives feel cheap and brittle.

I actually have 3 Spyderco Endura's 1 Straight, 1 50/50 and 1 full spyder-cut.
LOVE THEM ALL.

Best "tech support" too I ever saw.
I have/had a plastic body one where the belt clip snapped off. Emailed them, within 15mins a guy called me on the phone. Sent me out a repair kit (metal bracket, 3 TINY-@SS screws) and was addament about making sure I knew how to fix it. Overnight shipped it too free-of-charge. WOW.

Spyderco has my vote period for ever.

Special note: I dont hunt with the things, just general "chores", work etc etc

Special note again: I actually gave all my groomsmen Endura 50/50s as their gift. They LOVED em. and still carry them today.

Yeah, I thought that was a SOCOM - those things are built like tanks. Couldn't get to the other pic, NIH's content filtering no likee!

Yeah, I'll either be picking up a UT-6 or a Socom Elite (mini) is the very near future. The mini's arent as good as the full sized, but put some inlays on them (the skate board tape rips your pockets out in no time) and they're alright for the price. I've already ordered a SE mini for one of my friends. Its a manual, framelock, stonewashed finish with a partially serrated blade, 154CM steel.

Actual page I ordered from (though the pic is of the plain edged version)
Pic of the serrations (but this is satin, not stonewash, finished)

You will love the UT-6. It's my current favorite Microtech, and yes my pic earlier was a double-edged UT-6. These things are just too cool. 🙂
