My TV just all of a sudden started looking like ass

I used it fine last night but this morning I turn it on and the colors are all slightly off of each other. It'd kinda hard to explain but for everything on the screen I can see like 3 copies of it, a red, green, and blue one. They only offset each other by a couple of centimeters but it's EASILY noticable. It looks as though I need to degauss it like I would a monitor. Any suggestions?
 
Don't have cable or a VCR to try it on... I'm playing my PS2 currently. If I flip it to tv input I get the snow picture (obviously) and the border has the problem, I can see it in the snow.

I have a cheap ass TV that does this. Soemtimes I turn it on and the colors are all screwed up. I end up shutting it off for a while and it comes back to normal. If I am in a real hurry I'll unplug it which helps fix the problem faster for some unknown reason.
