Having a hardtime with S12-600's unsleeved cables.
Extra complication from 7800GT that needs 4-pin Molex separated from the HDD Vrail

can you take that long braided cable and run it through the back, like turn your harddrive around etc and try to run it throught the right side of the picture behind everything

Get a new modular PSU with sleeved cables. Also, good idea with the hard drive suspension, but I think the lower one is falling out.

Actually, what he's suggesting is turning the HD's around so the wire connections are facing the front or motherboard side of the case. Usually looks much cleaner, but can get messy when you've got a fan right there (if the wires are facing toward the front). If you do it right it's pretty effective.

As far as the PSU sleeving, if you want to spend some time you can sleeve them yourself. Get a molex pin remover and go at it.

This is the most in-depth guide I've seen:

Obviously opening your power supply voids your warranty, but gives you a much better look (so the sleeving actually starts inside the PSU case).

Just do a search for "sleeving power supply" and you can find a lot of different how-to articles on it.
