my turn, PSU question

SparkyJJO

Lifer
First off, system specs:
Gigabyte GA-M55SLI-S4
Athlon X2 4600+
radeon X1300
2GB Corsair XMS DDR2-800
Dual Samsung 160GB SATA2 drives (for RAID 1)
Dual NEC ND-3550A DVD burners
floppy drive

No overclocking on this system
Also want it upgradable later to a point (maybe a better graphics card or faster CPU later on)

Originally I had this fortron PSU picked out but after hearing that the AX series had iffy caps I decided against it. So do you think that this Seasonic 380W is enough for this system + some possible upgrading later? Or, should I go for this 430W seasonic instead?

Please no one suggest PCPC because that is definitely overkill 😉

thanks for the input so far. I was figuring a bit more than the 380W would be a good idea but wanted to double check since I've found I tend to go overboard on PSU power 😉

Thanks galvanized, I'll look into the enhance. Ewiz.com through froogle the best place?
