I try to turn it on in class and it won't turn on, so I thought it was just out of juice.. I go to plug it in today and it won't turn on until I hit the reset button, now the display is flickering and the software is really slow. So, I'm on the phone right now with palm, I hope this can get fixed, it's less than 2 weeks old 🙁

Take it back to the store ASAP, tryst me, you don't want to have to deal with Palm's CSR's...

Last time I called, they wanted my CC # & were going to charge me $25 if it wasn't a defective unit.

Never going to buy another Palm, & I've owned ~ a dozen of them🙁

They're taking it back, sucks to be them :>

he wants to do an EFA (Early failure analysis.)

Yeah, don't spend time talking with Palm, just take it back to the store. My dad owned 2 or 3 palms, each had some problem or the other eventually, and ended up buying a Compaq Ipaq. That thing is pretty neat, and its been going for a few years now, he likes it much better than the Palm too.
