Ok, this thread is disgusting, but I'm gonna try to contribute some USEFUL comments.

Yes, use a plunger. These work best. Be careful when you try to flush the first/second times. The water might just rise.
(Oh yeah, dude....COURTESY FLUSHES. You can do them at home too.)

Also, Vinegar. Yes, Vinegar. I'm not making this up. If you can, go buy a HUGE bottle of generic vinegar, doesn't cost much. It helps break up the "stuff" in the toilet. (But don't use it all at once.)

Ummm.....stop eating Arby's? I mean...geez. 45 minutes. For real, that's not normal.
