My time shows the wrong hour

I live in Malaysia(GMT +8)
After the forums was upgraded, the time changed by +1 extra hour(i.e.3 o'clock is shown as 4 o'clock)
is there a fix for this?

The forums didn't change the timezones, if it's wrong (which would be a daylight savings time issue) then just use manual offset and correct it.
