My throat is frieking killing me, and I'm sneezing a substance with the consistency of Play Doh.

2) Gargle with natural apple cider vinegar (Ask for Bragg's at a health food store and lots of grocery stores)

3) Chew on honeycomb wax; bathes your throat in a chemical in the wax...
