My third ASUS P5LD2 acting strange when overclocking.

Hey everyone, my friend gave me three ASUS P5LD2 Rev 2.0 motherboards this year and this one is just weird.

First one, overclocked like a beast, went to FSB 450, max.
Second one, same thing as above.
Third one, just received today, when it reaches FSB 360, it says:
Please have a boot media or something.
When i go to bios with my FSB @360, it doesnt detect any harddrives.

Hardware:
E6600 (Cooled by water, tried with Tuniq first)
ASUS P5LD2 Rev 2.0
OCZ Platinum DDR800mhz (2x1GB) Dual Channel
eVGA 8800GTS
2x 350GB WD HDD
1x Raptor HDD 7x GB (Tried taking this out, same thing happens)
DVD RWriter (It detects this though.)

Could it be the power supply? FSB @358 is fine, but when it reaches any higher, it doesnt detect my hard drives.

My powersupply is a generic 450w. (After posting this, going to try out my Mushkin 750w)

How do you like that board? I was thinking about getting it. Is the board picky about the memory? Sorry i can't help you with your problem.

I think the green one is for mATX.

I like this motherboard alot, it overclocks really easily but this third one i got is crappy.
It doesnt detect harddrives when you have your FSB over 358.

Have you tried setting it to 400+ skipping 360s, some boards crap out at certain FSB.

Yea, i tried that and same thing happens when its over 358.

Funny thing is that i connected one of my old harddrives to my eIDE ports and it actually gets detected, but i dont have Windows on that harddrive.
And both of my sATA drives doesnt get deteced in BIOS or when it boots up...

I got 2 of these, one I bought and one as an RMA replacement for an older original P5LD2 that died. I'm running an E6300 /2x1024gb PQI pc5400(4-4-4-12). I can't get over fsb 300...at all! I believe this has BIOS v.1401, which sounds like a version for the "old" P5LD2's.

What BIOS version are you running?

Same thing happen to my board, DDR2800 won't boot any HDD. above 800 or below 800 is fine.

Seems like i have the same problem. I'm stuck on 350 but this is the first time i ever tried to overclock. I have OCZ value select ram. Any suggestions to get it past the 350 mark?
