Should I email newegg? or should I email thermaltake?
I bought the retail case w/o power supply.
The spec sheet says it comes with 2 filters for the side and 2 filters for the front. I only have the front ones. :brokenheart:

Or does the case not come with side filters?

Hmmm...If it's supposed to come with them then someone opened the box and probably messed around in there. So i'd call up Newegg since you bought it from them and let them know ASAP or they'll claim you waited too long.

in addition to the case fan filters, i just found out that the power led and the hard drive led don't work either. What a bummer.

dumb question, but... if i rma this thing, do you think i can drive to their office (20 mins away), rather than shipping it?

Do you guys have opinions on these Thermaltake cases versus say an Antec? I haven't heard much about them, but they look interesting.

Hav a XaserII 5000 series. It's a nice case but other than some cute addons is not that different than any other case based off the original Chieftech design.
