One of my duties in the law firm I work at is to check real estate titles. I was trying to research a property in Norfolk County, MA. Check out their great website:

Apparently someone forgot to pay the domain registration and they've been squatted.

BRILLIANT!!!

EDIT: Just so you know I'm not making this up, here's the link from the MA Secretary of State website:

EDIT 2: Looks like it kicked back on around 2:30 PM.
It was giving this earlier today: Squatters Suck

I had that exact same webpage show up when my boss forgot to pay for the domain name. It took a week to get back to normal after I realized the problem.
