My task manager is a little off

I press ctrl + alt + delete in Windows XP and my task manager is missing the.... top of it. Here's a screenshot. Any idea how I can change that?

I ahve seen tyhis confuse alot oif people also. Why did MS make it like that anyway? Seems pointless to me...

i had mine that way accidentally for like 2 days until my gf accidentally set it back somehow...i had wondered how that happened, since she had no clue, lol
