You might also want to check to see why it's an ugly shade of blue-green.

You might also want to check to see why you suck so hard.

Hard to say without knowing what you disabled.

I know that WinXP Home's task manager looks the same (there are really no seperate users in XP home - all users are actually logged in as the Admin) so I would guess you've disabled some feature that's normally disabled in XP Home.

Knowing which user is doing what shouldn't be a concern. The only thing you need to worry about is if you see a service that shouldn't be there.

Oh and that aqua thing. Seriously, that's ugly dude.

Way to look at the pic.

On topic, another one of BV's victim's bites the dust. Try setting the terminal services service back to manual (no need to start it). You'll probably need to reboot.

The "SYSTEM" identifier helps me determine the windows core processes, thats the only thing that I really miss.

Re: Aqua

The default white won't do, especially if its late, your eyes are tired and the monitor's lowest brightness setting is still stupidly bright.

"Bites the dust" is a bit strong. Thanks for your advice, will try that.

If you don't know which processes are core processes, then you shouldn't be following BV's guide. It's not hard to find out what a process belongs to. Do a google search for the process and click any link that goes to liutilities.com, they tell you exactly what the process does and whether you can turn it off.

Re: Aqua

Hack uxthemes.dll and download some styles. Personally I like white, but that's up to you. Aqua is ugly, no matter what.
