My T-bird 750 will not run at 6x100???

I unlocked the chip and tried to run it at 6x100. That should be easy right? Well my MB said "There is something wrong with your processor." Thats right, this Aopen MB talks! I can run it at 7, 7.5 and 8. What's the problem? Right now I'm running 7 x 130. It is stable but I want to run a 133 FSB. I thought I was clever to buy a 750 because I thought it was a no brainer to run at 7.5x133=997. Wrong. My windows locks up. BTW I am running at 1.85 volts and 40C. 😕
 
Welcome to the under a gig club. Mine won't do the 7.5x133 dance either.
950MHz range is as high as she'll go. You do have 133 spec ram? cas3/cas2?
 
I have PC 150 ram from kingmax. I don't get why I can change the multiplier from 7.5 to 7 and 8 but nothing else
