my system keeps locking up playing games

i just bought this geforce2mx inno3d tornado 64mb
and well i just keep getting lock ups after playin for 10 minutes
i have tried upgrading viahardware,im using dets.11.01 all the others failed and this one as well ,what is going on??

amd950 anthlon
160mb ram
geforcemx2 64mb
30gig drive
m7mke motherboard
 
Try the folowing:
in your BIOS:
Turn off Video shadowing
Turn off Video caching,.... Nvidia cards don't need these enabled.
Turn off fast writes,.... Has caused instabilities with certain motherboard combinations.
In your BIOS if there is a "AGP drving control" setting put it to manual.
For the AGP driving "value" put in DA.

It's possible that the system is overheating your card. It may sound dumb, but try playing your games with the side of your case off to see if the lockups go away.
