Man, I gotta say this for sure. Adire has some of the best products out there. Adire has outstanding customer service. An all around very fine company. But dman they take a while to do repair work.
Anyways, my Brahma finally ships out Monday on its way back. Ended up snapping the tinsel leads on the VC's so sent it back for repair.
What can I say. I push'm till they moo. :D

Nice man.

ALWAYS good when a company has good customer service:D

I got a problem with my Cable broadband installation. Rang technical support. They said what the problem was. Call this other number. I call it they say they can get an engineer over tomorrow. They do they come over and they go over a few problems. Its not what the operator said its a problem with the original feed from the node. The cable they have is too small. My neighbours cable is 11mm the one I have is 6mm.

Next week or so they will get someone over to fit in the bigger cable.

Good service to me.

Good CSR is always important...and what makes customers recomend products.

Last week I purchased a SVS 25-31 (subwoofer) and I recieved it in a dead state. When I plugged it in to do a freq sweep all I heard was a pop and then nothing. I emailed SVS tech support and posted a msg on avsforums.com. I spoke to both co-founders, via email, then phone, and we agreed that the sub should be sent back, and that the damage was probably done internally due to a drop in the shipping process. This is now the awesome part. My first dead sub was ordered Tuesday night. SVS subs are hand built so it was built on Wed and shipped on Wed, so I recieved the dead sub on Thursday. So, the guys @ SVS built my new sub Friday Shipped it Next Day Air so that I would recieve it on Saturday (this was probably a $200.00+ shipping charge), but they said they took all cases of DOA subs seriously. I was in total awe. I mean, that was awesome service and uber fast turn around. They also emailed me a return label for my dead sub and said I could send it back whenever. After that I checked my cc statement, and I saw that they did not charge me twice, but just went of faith on sending me another $600.00 sub. They were very nice and cool and they handled all my concerns and made sure I stayed happy through out the process, ;).

Who cares about looks when they sit in your trunk? The Shiva and Tempest are still plain, the brahma has a logo, nice basket/magnet etc. Not sure about the Maelstrom (18" in the Shiva/Tempest line).

I love the Brahma. 12", 1500 watts, 1.5 ft^3 sealed.
Now, my one complaint. Not enough output for me. But, sometimes its easy to forget you have 1 12 in a sealed enclosure. When you think about that, the output is outstanding. I'm going to drop it in a ported box just to get a bit more out of it. But on the whole, love the Brahma, and wouldnt hesitate recommending it to ANYONE.

Looks? I prefer a sub that looks kinda.....cheap and off beat. Why? Buy a Shiva, do a good install. Your friends are all thinkin "swap meet" when they see it. Then they get in and hear it...And are like :Q
Same with the Brahma. Its not all classy and shiny and pretty lookin. It looks industrial. It looks mean. And damn is it loud.

*heh* Think ghetto. The box is unfinished. Just a big damn MDF box in the back with the amp sitting on the floor.
The "show" ready install starts.... When I get some bills paid up. Hopefully in about 3 months, pics will be forthcoming at that time :)
