Um...you could have gas or you could have stomach cancer. That's about the most anyone could diagnose from the information that is available over the internet. If you're worried, go to a doctor.

EDIT: Realistically it's possible it's an ulcer or appendicitis.

Seriously though, if the pain is severe, go to the ER, If it's not & you're not shatting or puking blood, give it a day or 2 to work out.

Could be as simple as a stretched stomach muscle or as complicated as cancer
