My speeds fluctuate alot when I'm downloading torrents...

Right now i'm downloading a file that is relatively big at 600MB.I'm using Bit Comet and downloading from TorrentSpy.My KBs/Dn speed are unstable they range from 1kb-107kb...going up and down.Did I not configure something right or is this the result from the people I'm dl from?

Are your ports forwarded? If you're not sure, this site can tell you.

Also what is your connection speed? Your upload speed should be capped to 80% of its maximum capacity to download efficiently.

Yeah I got my upload speed from the speak easy speed test(dont know if thats accurate 168kb) divided that by 8 and times it by .8 set my global upload max set to 16kb...the site you gave me a paypal site.
