my soundcard, nic card and usb device all share an irq of 5 along with some pci steering device or something. windows me doesn;t report any conflicts. all the devices work independently well but if i use my nic card and soundcard at the same time (ie transfer files between comps and use winamp at the same time) my comp freezes up. i have a asus a7v133 motherboard. i tried installing the latest 4 in one drivers but they keep lockign up my system after it goes 100 %. What can i do to make my system more stable. Please help
Plus when i use my modem connected to com port 1 , my printer using the parrallel port goes on a fritz. they have different irqs and no conflicts with any resources.
