MY SONY VAIO - NV170 WONT TURN ON, please help

I have Sony Vaio - nv170

1.6hz p4

Anyways.. to make the long story short I was formatting my C drive.. and all of a sudden my notebook SHUTDOWN in the middle of the fORMAT.

and now it wont turn back on.. I donno what's going on.

Does anyone know how to fix it?? please let me know Thanks! ( yeah, and getting a new notbook is not my #1 solution alternative)
