My son was on TV!

My 2 year old was on TV last week in a news segment on a local deli. It's nothing moer than him blowing a kiss to the camera, but its still pretty cool.

So, I have the entire hour of news recorded on my TIVO as I did not know exactly when the bit would air. Is there a way to extract the video from my TIVO and cut out the 3 minute segment and maybe post it on Youtube? If anyone can help me with this I would be grateful!!

do you have a tv tuner card, or a video input card on your pc?

If so, just run the tivo into it and record off it.

Some units have a USB port. Otherwise, you might be SOL. I'm sure there are forums on the intarweb devoted to this very topic.

Simple way: use a digital camera and put it on video mode.
