Discussion My son made the best beef stew I have eaten in along time

My son was up early, chopping produce. Browing angus stew beef.

This fellow made an amazingly delicious beef stew with tons of veggies, gravy & biscuits…. I had a decent sized bowl & 2 biscuits.

Best meal I have eaten for awhile, my son’s cooking is really ramping up

thanks to Viper and other donors, I haven’t had angus beef in along while & even though it was a stew cut it was so very tender.

The aroma of the stew cooking actually made me hungry, instead of forcing myself to eat, I couldn’t wait! To actually be hungry again felt good. Plus there is a container of leftover stew for my lunch tomorrow 😀
