My Sneaker RANT...

Ok, so I want to get a pair of sneakers, particularly Nike shox NZ in a size 11. I went to Footaction, Footlocker, Champs Sports, Athletic Express and Finishline, none of them had them. Next I went to Footaction.com, Footlocker.com, Champsports.com, Finishline.com, Eastbay.com and even Nike.com and none of them have them in my size.

I even tried to configure my own color and stuff through Nike ID and it said it was unavailable because there are too many orders yet it says it takes 3 weeks to build. There must be come kind of super force out there that doesn't want me to own these sneakers, I've tried everywhere...
 
At least you can buy shoes online and whatnot. I have size 12 feet but my heel is like size 10/11. :| It is so damn hard to find a pair of sneakers that don't slip in the back. I was at Finish Line yesterday for about 2 hrs. Got a pair that don't slip while walking and only a small amount when running/jumping. I'm going to Foot Locker, Dicks, and Champs today to verify that those are the only damn shoes that will fit me right now. The good news is that I don't have to try on every pair of every sneakers - just Nikes because they traditionally have a narrow heel so I've stopped bothering with other brands seeing as they almost never come close to fitting.
 
Try having narrow feet but wearing a size 15 1/2 or 16.

I think that Lord Jezo wears 18s.

I'll bet that I get yelled at in basic training for needing such big shoes.
 
I think next time I am going to try getting a Nike iD shoe. If you do get one of those (sucks about the 3 week turn around), give us an update on it.

I have found the Finish Line to have the best instore selection of shoes. If you can't find it there, then good luck😱
 
my shoe squeaks

i bought a cheap pair at wal-mart , after about 2 weeks, the right shoe started squeaking, really loud, everytime i step , it sucks, need to go get a "real" pair from somewhere else, these will become my lawn mowing shoes
 
Yes, I want those. I'd love to order the IDs (I don't mind the 3 weeks as long as I get what I want) but they won't even allow me to place the order. The last time I wanted a pair of shoes and couldn't find my size or style had to be in 1996. I still remember the style but I forget the name. It was a good run while it lasted... 🙂

I have a pair that I've owned for about a year that started doing that. Seems to be worst when wet, but damn is it annoying.

I had a pair that did that... it did it everywhere I walked in my dorm😱

I sent them back to Nike and they gave me GC back to NikeTown.com
 
Thats why Nike is getting rid ot the Air Bubbles and moving over to Shox. Its Nike's policy to replace defective shoes, the air bubble popping being a defect. As always, people were abusing the system so they are trying to move away from it...
