My Skies won't load in TFC. . .Anyone know a fix?

Like the title says. The map loads fine, and is functional, but my skies won't load. It tells me that I don't have certain tga files, which after searching I don't have them. I've downloaded the 1109 upgrade and the full version from 2 different sites. It doesn't fix the problem.
