My site was hacked? Virus? JS exploits? Help

Hello,
When you my website, you my Zonealarm Antivirus notified me that JSMS05-054!exploit and
JS.SillyDlScript.BG are tyring to be exploited. Also, I noticed that in the bottom status bar in IE there are links to evoninex.biz and skaska.biz being loaded. All this is new to me, so does anyone know what happened? Was the site hacked? And how can I prevent this in the future?
