Additionally, start > run doesn't open anything. A reboot has been tried. I also cleared her HOSTS file. Google works fine if I give her an Ip address link http://216.239.53.99

I'm checking her HOSTS again, see if something filled it up after a reboot (cleared it before she rebooted)
