Alright guys I plan on overclocking the CPU to 3200+ speeds (this will be my first overclock). Heres the setup I was planning on:

GEIL DDR RAM 512MB PC-3200 Value 400MHz
MSI Motherboard for AMD Processors Model K7N2 Delta-L
AMD ATHLON XP 2500+ "Barton" 333 FSB PROCESSOR
SAPPHIRE ATI RADEON 9600 128MB 8X AGP
Thermaltake VOLCANO 9

My main concern is the HS and Fan and also the memory. Also I'd like to mention I live in a tropical climate which is very hot and humid. What do you guys think?

Humidity doesn't effect machines... make sure you have good airflow through the case. I've heard GEIL doesn't get along with nForce2 boards... might consider Corsair, Kingston, or Crucial's value line of RAM. Doesn't look like you're running dual channel, so that shouldn't be a problem. (Kingston says on the box their Value RAM isn't dual channel certified)

I just checked Newegg and for $123 I can get a stick of this memory which appears to be real good stuff.

CORSAIR MEMORY XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series 512MB 64MX64 PC-3200C2PT With Platinum - Silver Heat Spreader OEM

It's quite a bit more expensive, think its worth it?

It's not a bad price for it. It's CAS 2, which will make perform very well. If you can afford $123, go for it. Dual channel isn't very important on nForce2 boards... it's hardly noticeable with it in use.

I personally don't like volcano stuff, I like the SK7 and SLK series....they give good performance for the price, especially the SK7...

Well I agree about not using the PSU so I decided to look around at a couple other brand name cases and found this

ANTEC SOLUTION SERIES Model# SLK2600AMB w/ANTEC SMART POWER 300W P4/AMD POWER SUPPLY ATX12V for only $52.

Can you give me more details about the SK7 such as what brand makes it?

Just checked out the SK-7 and I see that its just a heatsink. I have a question how easy would it be to put a fan on it and also what fan should I get for it? Thanks.

it comes with clips allowing you just to snap on a fan, very easy

get a smart fan II if you dont mind the noise
YS-tech adjustable if you want low noise

Any other ideas for a fan besides that SK7 thing? I think it may be a bit overkill for what I want.

SK7 is what you'll need. Volcano 9 doesn't cool too well, unless you lap it and waste a lot of time + $$. Pair the SK7 with any fan of your choice and it should give you some nice temps.
