My Seti record!

I think, that after validation, the "test" Seti WU which can be downloaded off Arc Technica web site, will get my PC in top ten Ars Team Lamb Chop Benchmark results
My cpu_time= 8181.171875

I assume that I should divide this number by 3600 (number of seconds in hour)
to get to:
2.2725 hours
= 2:16:21
😀

Yep, 2:16:21
Nice! 🙂

Great average time!!! But, the ARS times are based on 1 standard WU that has .417 Angle Range. Your average has a lot of High Angle Range WUs which crunch faster and lower your time. Berkley have out a bunch of those in the past 3 months. To get on ARS you must download the WU from their web site and crunch it. If you have SetiSpy or SetiDriver keeping a log then you can look for the time it has taken for your box to crunch a .417 AR WU, then decide if it is worth it.

/guess I need to stop responding to messages before my eyes are fully open! 🙂

:Q
This is exactly what I HAVE DONE......
Edit: Edited my original post for clarity.
Here are the directions on how to setup the benchmark

Ack, I see Lane42 and I have been knocked down to 12th and 13th on that list. :|

TeAm AnandTech - Capt'n RickD is still up there at #5. Heck, his current rig is even faster. He just hasn't bothered to submit a new entry. :Q

That is a fine rig you have there, adlep. Now just let that baby grind. 😉 😀
