My Secondary system a DUD????

My secondary system:

AMD Duron 850 MHz
MSI Pro Motherboard
284MB SD PC133 Ram
POwercolor Radeon 7500.

2800 3dMarks 2001SE......WHAT IS GOIN ON?

I checked my speeds, and it was showin that the chip was runnin at 250Mhz and the RAM as runnin at 330Mhz...

Is there a better way to config this?

I tried 290/229 , and it totally froze at first start. I should be getting around 3500 3dmarks.

I got the new drivers, and the new chipset too. hELP!
