My screen resolution keeps changing when switching users

I am running windows xp pro and I have two user accounts set up. For some reason, when ever I switch users, my video resolution changes. For example, if one user changes the screen resolution, then it changes the screen resolution for the other user. What do I do to stop this from happenning?

This question has been posed several times. You must pick a resolution that both users find acceptable because windows can't use a different resolution for each user.

That's kind of odd... all versions of Windows prior to XP that supported multiple users, support per-user resolution settings.

That is incorrect...at least partially. You may be right about NT, I can't remember. But 2000 definitely does not support different resolutions for different users.
