My screen looks like I shattered it when I try to play FPS

I have an X800 XTPE and when I try to play any FPS the screen looks like I stabbed it in the center. The thing is, when I play Frozen Throne it works just fine. No artifacts or anything. Anyone know if its a setting problem?

***NOTE***I'm playing on a TV as primary monitor.

More details please, What TV, and what is it's res? Also what res are you running both games at?

The same thing happened to me, it looks shattered in certain games but fine in other. Defective card, time to RMA.
