Hey,

I've got a CRT.

newest Detonaters on my NVidia MX420.

running on a Viewsonic A90f+

I had the same problem and i didnt know what was going on but i found out it was my CDrom effecting my LCD monitor

Everytime i had a CD in the CD drive i would get those fuzzy lines! ..

I just thought i would shair that with you :) hehe .. i changed CD roms and it fixed the problem.

You've probably tried it... but it's worth saying I suppose.

Refresh rates?

Have you tried going back to an older version of the drivers?

I wonder why people with older cards use newer drivers? Most of the time the driver changes don't apply to the older cards. Right now it seems newer nvidia drivers only
benefit the newer dx9 cards.

hmph...

I was actually @ 60Hz...so I moved up to 72 and it seems to look better...

although, I'm wonderin' if it's got something to do w/ the program "Post it Notes Lite"

It seems as though they are the fuzzy things...hmmmm...

Has it always been like this?

Try turning your constrast all the way up and brightness down. Turning your brightness too high will lead to fuzziness.

If you feel brave, you can open up your monitor and tweak the focus using the dials inside the monitor. I highly don't recommend this though.
