My school got taken over by UBC today.

I go to OUC in Kelowna and today good old Gorden Campbell announced that UBC is taking over... nice of the board to consult with teachers and students to see if we actually want it. (there was a vote at the school and the students did not want it) I am kinda annoyed because now I am gonna have to pay an extra 1-2k per semester.
EDIT: UBC = University of British Columbia, OUC = Okanagan University College
