My school district has the third "Best Education"

Forbes Magazine has named Wake County third in the nation on its Top 10 list for the Best Education In The Biggest Cities.

Never would have thunk it.

67% Graduation rate?! That's supposed to be a good thing? Jesus, my county's graduation rate was ~87%.
