From some odd reason every time I shut down my computer and unplug my keyboard and then plug it back in and restart later it won't read my keyboard. I then proceed to have to restart several times before I luckily get it to work.

Its a saitek Eclipse I keyboard USB

I just wanna know if there is a fix for it to read it properly. Also when i go to device manger it

reads this error on the usb device

"Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

Click Troubleshoot to start the troubleshooter for this device."

First, why would you unplug it?

Try uninstalling the driver and then re-install the driver.

Have you installed the motherboard drivers properly. Are there updated motherboard drivers that might solve this problem. What motherboard are you using?

Are other USB devices having the same problem or is it just the keyboard?
Have you tried another keyboard?

You should play around with some other USB devices so you can determine if the keyboard, O/S, or mobo is at fault.

Well i don't think its the mobo because, my mouse and external hd works fine and ipod plugs in ok. But like the keyboard works after i restart a couple times, and there is no drivers for it. So i'm not sure whats wrong

I would guess the keyboard is bad. Buy a new keyboard or a cheap $10 usb keyboard and see if it has the same problem.

Sounds like you have a bad keyboard ... I suggest if its less then 2 years since you purchased it you RMA it to Saitek for repair/replacement ... bad news is that Saitek products only carry 2 years of coverage so if its older then that you'll be in the market for a new keyboard.
