I tried doing that ~7 years ago with my wife and Quake 3, she was only happy when she blew me up with rockets but really didn't enjoy a thing past that. I don't believe women (most of them anyhow) are wired for such activities. If yours is good for you!

My girlfriend also plays mind games with me. The object of the game is to see how bitchy she can be.

Exactly. The problem is, when I call her out on being an obnoxious bitch, I get in trouble. I have even tried to qualify it by saying, "Although you as a personal are not a bitch, you are acting very bitchy and self-centered and irrational. I would not normally classify your actions as bitchy, but right now, there is no other word to describe them." I still get in trouble!

I've tried to get her into CS but she wouldn't bite.

She is a master at mind games though. Somehow I am expected to be a master mind reader.

"What's wrong?"
"You should know what's wrong!"

Sigh...

She knows that she acts like a bitch sometimes. She is allowed to come out and say it a few days later, but I'm not allowed to call her out on it. She will come up to me and say, "Sorry I was acting bitchy last night. You know I over react." But if I say, "Damn woman, stop being such a bitch to me! I didn't do anything," I get kicked out.

I normally keep my mouth shut.

I hate that! "You should know what's wrong without my telling you. If I have to tell you, and you try to make up for it, it won't count." Hell then, what if I don't try to do anything or try to make it worse? Will that count?

No, and I like it like that. I feel safe occassionally gaming in my sparse free time because there are so many forces working to pull me away. And I like that she has other interests to further diversify us.

You got to put your foot down (without calling her a b----)... maybe you'll get more respect.

Hahahaha. Yep. I promptly reply with:

"I'm not a mind reader and I never will be. You tell me what's wrong and we can fix it or we can continue to play these stupid mind games."

I've said that (or a close variant) tons of times, but she still expects me to know exactly what's on her mind at any given time. If I could read thoughts, I'd either be on Heroes or very rich.

my wife only plays tetris on the gba sp and every once in a while mille bournes on her palm pilot. she doesn't play mille bournes very often anymore because she was addicted to it for a few months once.

her tetris records are pretty decent.
