I'm going out of town and she said she'd watch my pup!

But then tonight I reminded her I'm leaving Friday morning ... and whaddya know, she made plans to go out of town for 4th of July. I can't say I blame her, but I asked her like a week ago!!! We're professionals, so she's not completely irresponsible.

Now I have to scramble to find someone I trust to watch him for a few days ... because I'm going away for a week, and I need someone to cover her end for the long weekend ... then she can watch him the rest of the week I guess.

This feels stressful, I hate stress. I could strangle her right now.
 
I'm flying up to CT ... and we're going to the berkshires for 4 days. I suppose I could pay the $100 to take him ... but then I'd have to find someone up in CT to watch him until Monday, woudln't be too hard I don't think, we'll see tomorrow. I'm gonna miss the ah heck either way, he's my baby!

I left him at the vet last time ... but at like $12/day, and the stench they come back with, I'd rather have him sleeping in his own familiar space ...
 
well it was like $7/day ... but I had them give him extra play time ... I hope they really took him out extra for that $4 or whatever!

A dog that size easily fits into carry on. No need to pay any fee.

Are you being serious? I can't tell ... I mean, my ex traveled with her yorkie once on the plane, she just brough the doggie bag and no one said anything ... didn't charge her $1

But online it says you need approved crate, etc ... plus he might get restless ... so I'd want to get a pill from the vet ...

Every flight I am on at least one person has a dog stored in their carry on.
 
Problem is just that if I try it, and someone blows the whistle, I'm screwed!
