My rig weighs 3.5 stone

Fat pieca crap needs to lose weight!! I was messing around with the insides and when lifting it back to my desk i wondered how much it actually weights as its quite heavy and awkward to carry (antec P180) so i lugged it over to the scales, in hindsight it wouldve been much easier to bring the scales to it. It weighs 3.5 stone!! 22.4kilos!! 49 pounds!!

Looky!

Quite a lot considering whats in it. Can anyone else be bothered weighing theirs? Just wedge some scales underneath it and balance it out, no need to unplug it or even turn it off (wish id thought of that earlier) 😀

That pic is useless, the only thing I could tell what that some type of object was on a scale with a shiny indicator that was obscured by glare. Your captions also don't tell me anything more than what you post did. Doesn't seem like you have that much in your rig? Was the case heavy to begin with?

Captions are only there in case somone looks at it on the bbzzdd site and wonders WTF?!

Plus i converted 3.5 stone into pounds and kilos for you lazy people, 3.5 stones is quite a lot for a comp no? The case was... yea i think it was pretty heavy to begin with, nothing like 3.5 stones though, its got all the usual stuff, 2 hard drives, 4 120mm fans, theres a phone wedged inside it somwhere, long story. Apart from that theres nothing special about it. Its the "opty 170 gaming rig" in my sig.

I guess that's what happens when your system of government breaks apart.
🙁

Funny, you'd think it would be an entrenched social standard, I mean, that's what merchants use to be paid after all. One wouldn't think it would depend on a stable governmental infrastructure....

Where do you live again?

Britain.

WHAT IN THE HELL IS A STONE?? !!! And I thought the USA was backward, using pounds and feet and 7/16ths of inches... You people use stones. Does your scale consist of a balance with a basket on each end for holding objects and rocks and pebbles?

A British stone would be 14lbs.
