Engineers would be nothing without beefed up low-brow morons to build the sh|t you guys make. Engineers are too feminine to be able to do the work.

Physics for engineers and physics majors: no numbers, just variables

MY Dad's best friend from childhood becams a Bio-nuclear medical engineer. He doesn't have to work now and lives on an island and owns a designer stereo system that costs more that his Mercedes.

Thanks, here's a friendly tip from: drink plenty of spirits to wash away the memories afterwards.

Physics are the easiest part of engineering subjects. The harder parts come with all those nasty non-linear math that you have to deal with and visualize.

I think Math major is the most difficult.

Actually, engineers are basically blue collar too...they just do mental labor instead of manual labor.

I still like playing with the toys though.

you have no idea what engineers have to put up with until you take the FE/PE (the 2 engineering certification exams)

Got "Big Book"? ;) My friend has his master in Mech. E and I saw that telephone book he used. Oh, Biomedical Engineers I think are absolutely nuts, along with Aerospace. You guys are very special people. BME is what I wanted to do, but I don't think I could have survived with decent grades.

I just took the FE exam last month. 8 hours of HELL.

I finished the FE exam in less than 6 hours and I passed without studying, it wasn't that bad.

PE and SE exams (other specialties also) are another story.

I walked out of Engineering Physics with a B and am pleased. As for the Lab portion I should have an A.
