Superbowl this year? I doubt it. Superbowl in a year or two? Very good chance if the offense can gel and we get a play making guy on the D-line next year.

Ramsey has showed a lot of composure for a young QB. Hopefully this is a solid character trait and not a fluke. ;)

Typical Redskins fan.

um, the last time we started two and oh, we DID win the superbowl :p

Your right, what happened 12 years ago should also happen this year, because the trend is the same.

I have faith in the 'skins, I have no doubt they will get our hopes up and let us down like they have year after year.

I don't hate the Redskins but I do hate Spurrier. I'm happy when any team he's coaching loses.

It's so refreshing to see a Redskins team that is capable of completing passes, getting first downs, and driving the length of the field to score a touch down. I think it's been about 3 years since the Redskins have accomplished this.

It's rediculous, though...L. Coles may have been the smartest move the 'skins have made yet under Spurrier.

2nd smartest move. The first smartest move was basically scraping the roster from last year.

Well...I'm still not completely happy with letting Stephen Davis go...and they did right by holding on to a couple of gems in Armstead, Arrington, Bailey, and Trotter...but I can agree with that.

I didn't like them letting go of Davis either, but I think it was the best move for the team. They were looking to rebuild and Davis isn't a young player anymore. Also, Davis is, relatively speaking, a slower, more powerful runner and that doesn't fit in w/Spurrier's O (hence the pick-up of the faster/quicker Trung). But it looks like Betts could picked up the power running duties and give the 'skins the flexibility of bringing both power and speed/quickness out of the backfield.

And don't over forget other gems like Smoot and Bailey. The 'skins have a very strong secondary (4th best last season). IMO the only thing the are really lacking on D is a play maker on the D-line.

about letting davis go--i think it was the right move. so far, canidate and betts have picked up the slack and they fit into this system much better

about coles--he is no doubt the best free agency pickup of the offseason. total a great player. busts his ass all the time, is extremely fast and talented and fearless and doesnt make excuses. i love the guy already.

the biggest thing about this team is that it actually has a field goal kicker. that's something that's been so freaking mising the last few years

as for "giants>>>>>>>>>>>>...>>>>>>>>>redskins"........ we'll see about that next week :D

Going by last years numbers this was a pretty tough schedule. But going by this years performance it's looking a bit easier. Of course now that I said that the 'skins are gonna go 2-14.

I like Davis a lot and I hope he has racks up some big numbers as a Panther.

and Beattie, I'm very fond of our Jetskins. ;)

hate to break it to you, but as bad as the eagles are, they still have a better chance than the skins at winning a superbowl
