My Rebate doesn't show up on rebatestatus.com and i sent it in 3+ weeks ago

I am speaking of my video card rebate for card in my sig. It doesn't show up at that site, even tho on the rebate form, it is there, and says you can check it, should be worried about not getting it, how much longer should i wait until i call them up?
 
Is there an 800 number you can call? I bought that card from buy.com and my rebate shows on rebatestatus.com, it showed up less than two weeks after mailing it in, but it still saying "processing" while my dell rebates have been mailed already.
 
They're trying to rob me of a $30 Symantec rebate.

The upgrade rebate was paid, but there is no record of the supplemental rebate for a Fry's purchase of NAV 2003 Pro.

I think I'll sweat them for my money again tomorrow.

Then again, I should know better since Fry's rebates seem to have the worst payment rate.
