My radeon isnt working on 3dMArk2000

okay this guy used to work in my older PIII 450 system, but its not working here.. is this a via problem?

Abit KT7A -Raid Mobo...
Tbird 850@1ghz
256MB Cl2 ram, clocked at 140

okay, anyone see why this is causing a problem? It randomly either gets halfway through a few of the demos and then 3dmark just totally shuts down.. anyone know why??

3DMark2000 drops to desktop on me when my CPU is not stable. It could be an overclocked CPU problem. Check by running your CPU at default.

Yeah, same here. 3DMark 2000 began to shut down at my friend's Athlon 600 @ 733, while the system seemed to be otherwise stable. Guess the benchmark just gives the CPU some hard time...
